Verified Trade Alerts LLC ("Company," "we," or "us") operates certain online services and software applications, including but not limited to our www.verifiedtradealerts.com website ("Website") and our iOS and Android mobile applications (collectively with the Website, the "Services"). Our Services include a two-sided platform where traders may publish subscription plans, educational content, and trade related posts or alerts, and subscribers may discover traders, subscribe to plans, purchase educational products, and receive content through a feed, including push notifications when enabled, and certain optional features such as Discord linking and Discord role or access management for participating trader communities. Certain features and functionality may be enabled, limited, or disabled from time to time based on platform requirements, compliance considerations, or product configuration, and the data we collect may vary based on your use of the Services.
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data in connection with these Services, including data submitted through account registration, subscriptions and purchases, trader plan creation, content publishing, tipping when enabled, Discord linking, and interactions with our feed and notifications, and the choices you have associated with that data ("Privacy Policy"). This Privacy Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and the Company. By accessing and using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. Where the Services present a click-through or similar acceptance flow, your continued access or use following presentation of this Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment and agreement. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control. This Privacy Policy applies to all of our Services.
We use your data to provide and improve the Service, including to operate subscriptions and purchases through our payment processors, deliver content and notifications, administer trader accounts and payouts where applicable, enforce platform integrity rules such as limiting one active mobile session for notification delivery, and prevent fraud and misuse. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms of Use.
We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services. Our information collection includes using cookies and similar technologies on a computer or mobile device, and collecting, storing, using, combining, and disclosing information as described in this Privacy Policy, and these activities generally take place in the United States and other locations where we or our service providers maintain facilities or infrastructure. This includes information you provide directly when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, purchase products, contact support, link third party accounts such as Discord, or otherwise use the Services, and information we collect automatically from your use of the Services for security, reliability, and analytics. If you reside outside the United States, your information may be transferred, processed, and stored in the United States and other locations, and we use commercially reasonable measures to help protect information in connection with such transfers.
When you use our Services, we collect the information you choose to share with us, including certain personally identifiable information that can be used to set up your account and profile and contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, phone number if you provide it, account identifiers, and payment related customer or subscription identifiers, and for traders may include profile information, plan listings, pricing, descriptions, media you upload, and payout related account identifiers associated with Stripe Connect. We also collect communications and preferences information, such as messages you send to support or through in app forms, and your preferences for receiving service related and marketing communications, including email and push notification settings where available. If tipping is enabled, we collect tipping related transaction metadata and identifiers needed to process the tip and allocate platform fees, and tips are processed through our payment providers.
Personal Data may include your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and account identifiers such as your user ID. Payment details such as card numbers and billing addresses are collected and processed by our payment processor, and we generally store only limited payment related identifiers and subscription metadata such as Stripe customer IDs, subscription IDs, invoice status, and payment status. Technical and log information may include IP address, device and browser information, app or operating system version, user agent, login timestamps, session activity, and approximate location inferred from IP address. If you enable notifications, we collect the information necessary to deliver push notifications to your devices, and you can disable push notifications in the app or in your device settings. If you link Discord, we collect and process information needed to connect your account to Discord and provide Discord related access features that you elect to use, including your Discord user ID, basic account information made available by Discord, and the information needed to manage role based access or invite based access for participating trader communities, such as server identifiers, role identifiers, and invite or access status, and Discord's use of information is governed by Discord's own policies. We do not receive your Discord password, and Discord connection permissions are governed by the authorization flow you complete with Discord.
The Services are not designed for you to provide, and we do not intentionally collect, Sensitive Personal Information, such as government identification numbers, full financial account credentials, precise geolocation, health information, or biometric information. If you choose to submit sensitive information through free form fields, content, or support communications, we will treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy, apply reasonable protections, and limit use and retention to what is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was provided.
Our Services include publicly viewable trader profiles and content posted by traders or creators, such as plan listings, descriptions, pricing, media, trade related posts, and educational content offerings, which may be visible to subscribers or other users depending on the feature and your settings. We also collect messages you send to support or through in app forms and maintain internal records associated with platform integrity, moderation, and enforcement. We may also maintain operational access control records related to subscriptions and community access features, such as invite status, promo code redemption status, and role or access assignments when Discord linking is used. This content may include Personal Data depending on what you submit. If you would like to request deletion of your account data, you may contact us at privacy@verifiedtradealerts.com or through the app, and we will process requests in accordance with applicable law and our retention practices.
We may use your Personal Data to contact you with service, security, and account communications, and, where you have opted in or where permitted by law, marketing or promotional materials that may be of interest to you, including updates about subscriptions, trader plans you follow, and platform features. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send, and you may manage certain communication preferences through the app or your account settings where available. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share your Personal Data with third-party advertisers for their own direct marketing.
We may also collect information that your browser or device sends whenever you visit our Service or access the Service through a mobile device. This Usage Data may include information such as your IP address, device identifiers, browser type, browser version, app or operating system version, user agent, the pages or screens of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages or screens, session activity, and other diagnostic and performance data. We may also maintain security and access logs, including login timestamps and device and access information associated with accounts to help prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and account sharing, including enforcing one active mobile session at a time for push-notification delivery.
We may use and store information about your location in limited ways, including approximate location inferred from your IP address, and, if you enable device permissions, location information from your mobile device. We use this information to help provide and improve the Service, including security, fraud prevention, and troubleshooting, and to support features that may depend on regional settings or device behavior. You can enable or disable location permissions when you use our Service at any time through your device settings, and, where applicable, through settings made available within the Verified Trade Alerts mobile app.
We may receive limited information from third-party service providers and integrations used to operate the Services, such as payment processors, payout providers, analytics providers, and account linking providers. For example, Stripe and Stripe Connect may provide us with customer, subscription, payout, invoice, payment status, and dispute related metadata, and Discord may provide us with identifiers and linkage information when you choose to connect Discord to your account. We use this information to provide the Services, maintain account functionality, facilitate payouts where applicable, prevent fraud and misuse, and support customer service. We do not receive or store full payment card details.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are small files stored on your device, and similar technologies may include local storage, pixels, and server-side logs used for security, reliability, and analytics. We use these technologies to help operate the Service, remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand how the Service is used, and improve performance and user experience. You can instruct your browser to refuse some or all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent, and you can manage your cookie settings through your browser and, where we provide it, through an on-site cookie management tool. If you disable certain cookies, some portions of the Service may not function properly.
Examples of cookies and similar technologies we may use include session technologies to keep you logged in and maintain account security, preference technologies to remember settings and filters you select, and security technologies to help detect fraud, prevent unauthorized access, and enforce platform integrity rules, including protecting against account sharing.
Some parts of the Service may include embedded video or media playback provided by third-party platforms. When you view or play embedded content, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and interactions with the player, and may use cookies or local storage in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not share your Personal Data with third-party advertising networks for these embeds. You can manage cookies and local storage through your browser settings and, where applicable, through controls provided by the video platform.
Please note that we do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We collect and use your Personal Data to support the core functionality of our Services and to enhance your experience, including enabling account creation and access, delivering content through the feed, sending push notifications when enabled, processing subscriptions and purchases, supporting tipping when enabled, administering trader accounts and plan listings, facilitating payouts through Stripe Connect for traders where applicable, providing customer support, improving platform performance, and enforcing our Terms and platform integrity rules.
The Company may also use your data for various purposes, including to provide and maintain the Service, process subscriptions and purchases, facilitate trader payouts and compliance workflows through Stripe Connect, notify you about changes to the Service, provide customer support, monitor and improve platform performance and reliability, analyze usage and engagement to improve features, detect, prevent, and address fraud, unauthorized access, and misuse, enforce our Terms and platform rules, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and maintain appropriate records for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell personal information. In some cases, we may also use your data for other purposes disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent where required by law. We may also use data generated through use of the Service, including aggregated or de-identified trader activity, historical performance information, success rate metrics, usage trends, and similar analytics, for internal research, model development, product improvement, testing, and the development, training, refinement, or support of features, tools, or products made available by the Company, provided that we do not do so in a manner that identifies a specific individual except as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Subscriber Responsibility and Independent Traders. Verified Trade Alerts provides a platform that enables traders to publish content, posts, alerts, and subscription offerings, and enables subscribers to access that content. Traders are independent third parties, and the Company does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of trader content, trade alerts, performance claims, or educational materials. You are responsible for your own decisions and for evaluating any information you receive through the Service.
The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business functionality, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. Retention periods vary by data type and may include the following: security and access information, including device and access information associated with accounts, may be retained as reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, account integrity, legal obligations, abuse prevention, and related operational purposes; transaction and payout records are primarily maintained by our payment processor and payout providers, including Stripe and Stripe Connect, and we retain subscription, billing, payout, and related metadata in our systems as reasonably necessary for business operations, tax, accounting, compliance, and dispute resolution purposes; account, contact, and identifier data is generally retained for the life of the account plus a reasonable period thereafter; support messages and preference records are generally retained for up to 2 years from last interaction, although older copies may persist in email archives or backups as permitted by law; and push notification device information may be retained as reasonably necessary to operate notifications, maintain account security, support troubleshooting, and protect the Services. We may retain Usage Data for internal analysis and service improvement purposes, and we may retain certain information for longer periods where required by law or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, and security of the Company, our users, and the public.
Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States where the Company, its affiliates, or its service providers maintain facilities or infrastructure, including by service providers that support operation of the Services. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, you understand and agree that we may transfer, store, and process the data, including Personal Data, in the United States. The Services are intended for users in the United States, and the Company does not currently market to or support users located outside the United States. Your use of the Services and your submission of information represents your agreement to these transfers. The Company will use commercially reasonable measures to help ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including using service providers that are obligated to protect information under contractual requirements.
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, dissolution, or sale of some or all of its assets, your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred as part of that transaction. Where required by law or where we determine it is appropriate based on the circumstances, we will provide notice in a manner consistent with how we normally interact with you, such as by posting a notice within the Services or sending an email, before your Personal Data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
We may disclose your Personal Data if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid request from a governmental authority; to enforce our Terms and other agreements; to protect and defend the rights, property, and security of the Company, our users, traders, creators, and the public; to prevent, investigate, and address fraud, unauthorized access, security incidents, or other wrongdoing in connection with the Services; and to protect against legal liability.
The security of your data is important to us. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Data, including measures such as encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, network protections such as web application firewalls, role-based access controls, and least privilege access to infrastructure. For example, we use encryption at rest and in transit for certain data stores, and we use access controls and authentication systems designed to limit access based on role and job function. Our infrastructure and services may use cloud-based security features such as managed encryption, network perimeter protections, and scoped permissions for service access, consistent with least privilege principles. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we become aware of a security incident that compromises the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of Personal Data, we will evaluate the incident and, where required by applicable law or where we determine it is appropriate based on the circumstances, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities. Notices may be provided by email, through the Services, or by other reasonable methods, including push notification where enabled.
California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). We do not respond to Do Not Track signals. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked, and you can enable or disable Do Not Track through your browser settings. We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. These may include providers for hosting and infrastructure, security monitoring, authentication and access control, payment processing, marketplace payouts, analytics, customer support, communications and notification delivery (email, SMS where applicable, and push), and content delivery and video hosting or embedded playback. For example, we may use cloud infrastructure and storage providers, authentication providers, notification delivery providers, and platform integrations such as Discord where you choose to link your account. We may also use third-party authentication, authorization, account-linking, API, or integration providers that allow you to connect external accounts or services to the Service. In connection with those features, we and our Service Providers may collect, receive, store, use, and maintain identifiers, access credentials, authorization codes, access tokens, refresh tokens, account linkage metadata, permissions data, and related technical information as reasonably necessary to authenticate you, maintain the connection, enable requested functionality, secure the integration, troubleshoot issues, and comply with applicable requirements. We also use Stripe for payment processing and Stripe Connect for marketplace payout functionality for traders. These Service Providers may have access to Personal Data only as needed to perform services for us and are contractually obligated to protect it and to use it only for the purposes we specify.
We may allow users to connect or interact with X through the Service, including through OAuth or similar account-linking functionality. If you choose to use such features, X may process account identifiers, authorization data, linked account information, and related technical data in accordance with its own privacy practices. We may use YouTube features or integrations in connection with the Service, including for content display, embedded playback, account linking, or related functionality. We may use third-party Service Providers to help us monitor and analyze the use of our Service and to improve performance and user experience, including analytics providers. If we use Google Analytics or similar tools, those providers may collect information such as device and browser identifiers, IP address, and usage activity through cookies and similar technologies, subject to their own privacy practices. Where we provide a cookie banner or cookie preference tool, you may be able to adjust analytics cookie settings through that tool, and you can also manage cookies through your browser settings. We do not share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell Personal Data. We may display first-party promotions within the Service related to trader profiles and offerings, as described below, and those promotions are not based on cross-site tracking by third-party advertising networks.
We may use communications providers to send messages and notifications related to the Service, including email and push notifications, and in some cases SMS where enabled. These providers may process limited information such as your contact details, device tokens, and message metadata to deliver communications on our behalf. You can manage certain notification preferences through your account settings, within the app, or through your device settings for push notifications, and you may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
We provide paid products and services within the Service, including subscriptions and purchases of educational products, and we use third-party payment processors to process payments. Stripe is used for payment processing, and Stripe Connect is used to facilitate marketplace payouts to traders. We do not receive or store full payment card details, and payment information is provided directly to our payment processors, whose use of personal information is governed by their own privacy policies. We generally store only limited identifiers and payment metadata needed to operate accounts and subscriptions, such as customer IDs, subscription IDs, and invoice or payment status. Our payment processors maintain compliance with applicable payment security standards such as PCI-DSS.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that we do not operate, including links to trader pages, Discord, video platforms used for embedded playback, or external resources. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third-party's site or service. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every third-party site or service you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Our Service is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us at privacy@verifiedtradealerts.com, and we will take steps to delete the information. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, including for users under 16.
First-Party Promotions and Ad-Free Experience. Traders may pay the Company to promote their profiles or offerings within the Service, such as within a feed or discovery experience. These are first-party promotional placements. We use limited information such as your subscription status and in-app context to determine whether to display these placements. If you maintain an active subscription of $100 per month or more to any trader plan, the app is intended to be ad-free and we do not show these placements. After a subscription change, your ad experience may take a short time to reflect across sessions and devices, such as after your next session or token refresh. We may measure the performance of these placements using first party event data within the Service, such as impression counts, clicks, or basic engagement, and we use this information to support reporting and billing related to those placements. We do not sell Personal Data and we do not share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not share your Personal Data with third-party advertising networks in connection with these placements.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your Personal Data, which may include the right to request access to the Personal Data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of information, obtain a portable copy of certain information, and object to or restrict certain processing in some circumstances. You may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data for targeted advertising, although we do not sell Personal Data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, please contact us through the app interface or email privacy@verifiedtradealerts.com. We will verify your request as required and respond within the time required by law. Where permitted, you may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will provide a written outcome.

You can manage certain privacy related choices through your account settings and device settings, including opting out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, disabling push notifications through the app or your device settings, and disconnecting linked third-party accounts such as Discord where the Services provide that control. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of certain Personal Data by contacting privacy@verifiedtradealerts.com, and we will respond in accordance with applicable law and our verification and retention practices.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Privacy Policy with a new effective date. If we make changes that materially affect what we collect, how we use Personal Data, or your choices, we will provide additional notice in a manner consistent with how we normally interact with you, such as through the Services, by email, or by a push notification if enabled, and where required by law we will obtain your consent before applying those changes.
If you decide you no longer want to use the Services, you may cancel subscriptions through the subscription management features available to you, and you may request account deactivation by contacting us through the app or by email at privacy@verifiedtradealerts.com.
This section applies to users who create, list, publish, or sell plans, content, or products on the platform ("Traders"). In addition to the information described above, we may collect trader profile and listing information such as display name, biography, plan names, pricing, descriptions, and media you upload, as well as operational information such as performance and moderation records, policy enforcement records, and records reasonably necessary to handle copyright related notices and disputes. We also collect payout and compliance identifiers such as your Stripe Connect account ID and payout status. Identity verification, onboarding, and tax details are collected by Stripe Connect, and we do not receive your government ID images or full SSN or EIN unless you provide them to us directly. We use this information to operate trader accounts, administer plan features and pricing, facilitate payouts, manage disputes, refunds, and chargebacks, enforce platform policies, and comply with legal obligations. We may share information with Stripe Connect for payouts and tax reporting functions, with operational service providers for hosting, security, authentication, communications, analytics, and content delivery, and with legal recipients where reasonably necessary to process copyright notices, handle disputes, or comply with law. Certain trader records, including payout and tax related metadata, may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, tax, compliance, operational, and dispute resolution purposes, including where records are maintained by payment or payout providers or continue to exist in our systems, backups, or archives as permitted by law. Moderation and dispute records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary after resolution, and longer where needed for legal, security, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
